Quarterly Sweepstakes Program for Chase Panel Members!
Chase Panel appreciates your insights!! To thank all of our members for their participation, we offer a chance to win quarterly sweepstakes prizes for completing Chase Panel surveys!
How does it work?
Each quarter Chase Panel will randomly select twenty members to win one of twenty $50.00 Chase Gift Cards. Each survey completed earns an entry into the sweepstakes. After each survey you complete, you will be asked if you would like to be entered into the sweepstakes. Simply click “Yes, I would like to be entered into the Chase Panel Sweepstakes” and enter the requested information.
Sweepstakes winners will be drawn within 7 days of the close of the sweepstakes program. All winners will receive their prize amount in the form of a Chase Gift Card. Winners will be contacted via email by our independent judging agency using the email address of carrie@cfapromo.com. Potential winners are required to respond with a completed notification email within 5 Days of notification date on the email or an alternate winner will be selected.
What is a Chase Gift Card?
The Chase Gift Card is a prepaid card with a preset dollar amount. It is accepted anywhere Visa debit card are accepted. It can also be used to make purchases online and over the phone.

How is a Quarter Defined?
Q1: Begins 12:00:01 January 1st and ends 11:59:59 on March 31st
Q2: Begins 12:00:01 April 1st and ends 11:59:59 on June 30th
Q3: Begins 12:00:01 July 1st and ends 11:59:59 on September 30th
Q4: Begins 12:00:01 October 1st and ends 11:59:59 on December 31st
