How does it work?
Each quarter Chase Panel will randomly select ten members to win one of ten $50.00 Chase Gift Cards. To be entered into the sweepstakes, you must complete at least one survey in the quarter. After each survey you complete, you will be asked if you would like to be entered into the sweepstakes. Simply click “Yes, I would like to be entered into the Chase Panel Sweepstakes” and you will be entered for that quarter.

What is a Chase Gift Card?
The Chase Gift Card is a prepaid card with a preset dollar amount. It is accepted anywhere Visa debit card are accepted. Movies. Clothing Stores. Supermarkets. Electronics stores. It can even be used to make purchases online and over the phone.

How is a Quarter Defined?
Q1: Begins 12:00:01 January 1st and ends 11:59:59 on March 31st
Q2: Begins 12:00:01 April 1st and ends 11:59:59 on June 30th
Q3: Begins 12:00:01 July 1st and ends 11:59:59 on September 30th
Q4: Begins 12:00:01 October 1st and ends 11:59:59 on December 31st
