FAQ

  1. What is the Chase Panel?

The Chase Panel is a research panel designed to collect your feedback regarding Chase products and services. This panel is intended to help us better understand our customers’ needs.

  2. How do I join the Chase Panel?

The Chase Panel is currently by invitation only. The Chase Panel periodically sends invitations to select customers to join the panel via email.

  3. Will my personal information and responses to survey questions be kept confidential?

Chase takes privacy seriously. The information you provide as part of the Chase Panel is kept confidential and is used for internal market research. You can find more information regarding our policies at http://www.chasepanel.com/terms_and_conditions.html. If you have any additional questions directly relating to the use of the Panel information, contact us.

  4. How is my personal information used, and what happens to my responses after I submit them?

Your personal information is used to create a respondent profile and to track how many surveys are being sent to you. Your respondent profile is used to determine which research studies may apply to you. Whenever a research study is completed, the respondents' survey responses are collectively compiled into a research report which is used to evaluate products and services. No customer specific information (e.g. survey responses will not be identified with the specific individual customer) is included in the research report.

Please note: the Chase Panel is not a marketing solicitation program. You may receive marketing offers that are sent generally to Chase customers or the public but no marketing material will be sent to you specifically as a result of joining or participating in this panel.

  5. How often will you contact me to participate in a Chase research study?

Panel members will be invited to participate in research on a periodic basis averaging about once a month.

  6. If I have questions about the Chase Panel, whom do I contact?

  7. How do I unsubscribe from the Chase Panel?

There are three ways to be removed from this Chase Panel:
    • Click on the opt out link provided on the footer of any email communication from the Chase Panel.
    • Log in to the "My Profile" page of this website and click on the opt out link. If you do not know your password, you can request it be re-set.
    • Use the "Contact Us" page of this website to submit your request. Note that we will update your preferences within 10 business days; however, you may receive previously initiated communications during that period by submitting your request through "Contact Us".

Please note, this only removes you from the Chase Panel and does not remove you from any other communications you may receive as a Chase customer.

  8. When does the response period for a survey close?

When we have received responses from enough panelists, we close the survey so that we may evaluate the feedback. We are often unable to give a specific close date in the invitation because it is difficult to predict the panelist response rates in advance and exactly when we will have enough responses to close the survey.
